Maximize free NaCho damage by also being active outside the investigator phase and having soak that returns damage to enemies.

Thanks to Down the Rabbit Hole (through Versatile) the real xp cost of this deck is much lower than shown. It won't depend much on how you do the upgrades, as almost all cards can actually be upgraded from their 0xp versions.

0xp deck

Cards that cost more to upgrade because of Down the Rabbit Hole:

Stick to the Plan

Ever Vigilant

Mano a Mano

Cards that can cost less because of Down the Rabbit Hole:

Literally all the other cards, including upgrades on Hunter's Armor!

Imagine you earned 6 scenarios of ~7 xp each: 42

3 xp from In the Thick of It: 45

6x2 free xp from Down the Rabbit Hole: 57

minus 3 xp from cards that weren't in the lvl 0 deck (so cost more to put in): 54

To maximize NaCho's free damage ability, try to play damage/fight events not just during the investigation phase. Use Hunter's Armor and Guard Dog to tank attacks and do even more (up to 3 per attack) free damage.

Potential events during mythos phase or upkeep phase:

Counterpunch (after Guard Dog exhaust)

"Get over here!"

Potential events during enemy phase:

Counterpunch

Heroic Rescue

"Get over here!"

Propers for the deck name/Simpsons ref!

I like the idea of versatile'ing Rabbit to get the much needed XP- to date, I believe Nacho is literally the ONLY investigator in the entire game who has NO xp acceleration outside of ITTOI and Refine.

(Which, by the way, since you're running Hunter's Armor, if you wanted to risk it to squeeze a few more XP, you could run Refine early on, as 7xp/scenario is still fairly ambitious).

It seems like a solid deck though; Versatile was a clever choice in Nacho thanks to his intrinsic tutors and extra draw!
